Qingping Qin es doctoranda en la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. Fue profesora visitante de español en el Instituto de Estudios Internacionales de Lenguas Extranjeras de la Universidad de Shenzhen.

Resumen

El presente artículo analiza las necesidades lingüísticas de estudiantes universitarios chinos de español en el contexto de la Universidad de Shenzhen, con el objetivo de identificar áreas prioritarias de aprendizaje e implicaciones pedagógicas. La hipótesis central sostiene que dichas necesidades están influenciadas tanto por características intrínsecas del idioma español como por factores culturales y educativos propios del contexto chino. Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo basado en encuestas a 50 estudiantes, se identificaron necesidades específicas en áreas como la gramática y la comunicación oral, destacando la importancia de estrategias pedagógicas adaptadas. Los hallazgos demuestran la necesidad de integrar actividades prácticas y mediación intercultural en el diseño curricular.

Analysis of linguistic needs in the Spanish language classes for Chinese university students

Abstract

This article examines the linguistic needs of Chinese university students studying Spanish at Shenzhen University, focusing on priority learning areas and their pedagogical implications. The hypothesis suggests that these needs are shaped by both intrinsic features of the Spanish language and cultural and educational factors specific to China. A quantitative survey of 50 students revealed key needs in grammar and oral communication, highlighting the importance of incorporating practical activities and intercultural mediation into curriculum design to address these challenges effectively.
